Beautiful flat, furnished with excellence in every detail, to make you feel comfortable.

The flat provides a kitchen-diner with balcony in south direction, sofa bed ( lying surface 79 x 31 inch ) and cosy sitting area.

Rates for flat Asitz (€ per day)

Rates include VAT and running costs (electricity, water, heating).
Plus overnight stay tax of € 2.50 per person aged 15 and over per day.
For final cleaning we charge 40 €.

According to instructions from the state of Salzburg, all accommodation establishments in Salzburg must charge a mobility tax of € 0.50 per person aged 15 and over per night from May 1, 2025.
In return, you will receive a guest mobilitiy ticket from us, giving you free travel on public transport throughout Salzburg.

The Saalfelden-Leogang-Card is included in our rates. 

For babies cot, high chair, changing pad etc. are available (free). We provide bedclothes, towels and lavatory paper for free.

Terms of cancellation:

Cancellations are valid in written form only. The general terms of the Austrian hotel business apply (Österreichisches Hotelreglement).

• prior to 3 months before booked accommodation: no cancellation fee
• 3 months until prior to 1 month before booked accommodation: 40 %
• 1 month until prior to 1 week before booked accommodation: 70 %
• during the last week before booked accommodation: 90%

Travel cancellation insurance:

If arriving at a later date or leaving at an earlier date we will charge dues as well. As always a lot can happen, we strongly recommend to cover a travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure:

You may enter the flat at 2 p.m.; the latest departure is 10 a.m.

Payment:

We ask you to pay your accommodation in cash one day prior to your departure.
